Palestine the victory...from zero distance

The Palestinian cause is a central issue for every Arab, deeply rooted in their conscience and mind. This has not only been the case since the formulation of the malicious promise that justified its occupation and led to the evacuation of its people abroad, rather, the state of intellectual interaction and emotional solidarity with the Palestinians has been evident since the dawn of history, with the religious, social, and cultural dimensions, in addition to factors such as border geography and regional difference.

History has taught us that it is unforgiving and cannot be distorted, and that history may repeat itself even if the perpetrator changes. In the past, we used to read in history books, novels, and newspapers about the genocide and ethnic cleansing of the Palestinians; nowadays, we see it on television, in mobile phone clips, on social media, live on air, and in all colors of the spectrum. We interact with events at a pace that is more psychologically impactful, and the emotional ties with our people in Palestine grow innately, the very thing that is painful to the senses and deepens the state of complete solidarity. Thus, the pen moves, forcing ink to flow, to reveal the ardent feelings that are expressed in this historical novel, which has a simple yet difficult aspect; so that the contemporary and future generations do not forget their humanitarian cause in this very sensitive part of this world, a world most of which seems to be watching with its own eyes the massacres and crimes committed against the Palestinians, but has chosen not to move a finger.

Most of the characters mentioned in this novel are fictional, but the sequential events that deal with a specific historical period from 1916 to 1948 are real events in their entirety and essence, even though their details are written in an artistic form and in a narrative style that moves through real geographical areas whose traces still bear witness to that historical epoch.
